If you are a junior caregiver struggling to make the right decisions for your loved one while also juggling with your own development, then this is the blog for you. In The Junior Caregiver I will share my experiences and offer some advice in hopes that the junior caregiver will 1) know he or she is not alone in this challenge, 2) use the resources I share to make better-informed decisions about a loved one’s care, 3) become familiar with some how-tos to make the journey of taking care of a loved one less difficult, and 4) create a future that focuses on good health and the well-being.
